Panta works with several third-party data providers. Your access to and use of data via the Panta platform is subject to the respective terms and conditions of these providers.

| ICE Data Indices, LLC | Provides ICE Index data including Constituent and Top Level data for indices licensed by ICE. | – Clients may only use Top Level Data internally and cannot publish, distribute, or furnish it to third parties without ICE Data’s prior written approval. – ICE Data and its third-party suppliers do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of data and accept no liability for errors, omissions, or interruptions. – Index Data is not investment advice and does not recommend any investments or securities. – Clients must not use ICE indices as a reference for creating financial products (such as ETFs, passive index-tracking funds, or financial instruments linked to an Index) without ICE Data’s prior written approval. – ICE Data and its affiliates have exclusive proprietary rights to the data provided. – Clients must not use the data for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. – ICE Data can enforce rights against clients as a third-party beneficiary, even though it is not party to any client agreement directly. – Clients may externally display limited index information (e.g., index value, performance, description, top 10 holdings) in reports, websites, or market commentaries, provided they clearly display ICE Data’s specified disclaimer and attribution |

| STOXX Ltd. | Provides trial access to STOXX World Index Packages, including constituent data, index adjustments and related data. | – Clients must only use STOXX data via the Panta platform functionalities and cannot derive or create separate data products, indices, or reports from this data. – Clients may not redistribute or publish STOXX data or analysis derived from the data externally. – Minor modifications (e.g., rounding) are allowed only if technically necessary and uniformly applied across platform data. – Clients must clearly display the STOXX-provided disclaimer in all advertising and marketing materials referencing STOXX indices: “The STOXX Indices are the intellectual property (including registered trademarks) of STOXX Ltd., Zug, Switzerland (‘STOXX’) and/or its licensors. STOXX has not been involved in any way in the creation of [Platform name]. [Platform name] is neither sponsored nor promoted, distributed or in any other manner supported by STOXX and/or its licensors. STOXX does not give any warranty and excludes any liability whatsoever (whether in negligence or otherwise) – including without limitation for the accuracy, adequateness, correctness, completeness, timeliness, and fitness for any purpose – in relation to any errors, omissions or interruptions in any of STOXX’ indices or its data.” |
